To ensure compliance, we require all applicants to acknowledge and understand these guidelines through PetScreening. This application is required for all applicants without pets or animals. The application process is free of charge.
Household Pets
All residents with pets are required to complete this application process. This includes dogs and cats, and may include other animals, such as caged birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes, or fish (due to the presence of contained water). Please contact your housing provider for specific clarification regarding permitted pets.
Assistance Animals
This process offers a secure and HIPAA-compliant method for submitting reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals (including service animals, emotional support animals, and companion animals). All requests are reviewed by a third-party legal team to ensure compliance with HUD's Fair Housing Act guidelines.
