In 2012, Dustin embarked on a new venture, founding a loss mitigation company, which he led for four years before dedicating himself full-time to real estate investing.

Ben Dreicer, a California native born and raised in Los Angeles, currently holds both a "Real Estate Broker License" and a "General (B) Contractor's License." He entered the realm of real estate and retail consulting over 20 years ago, with his career taking root at Epsteen and Associates, a renowned California-based retail brokerage firm. Here, he played a pivotal role in projects related to site selection and lease negotiations for prominent retail chain stores, a role that significantly sharpened his negotiation, location analysis, and real estate assessment abilities.

Over the past decade, Ben has been deeply involved in the construction of multiple apartment buildings, houses, and commercial structures. He brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in construction and construction management.
